What you need to know
You can read our SGPT T&C’s where we talk about how you can book your sessions, our cancellation policy, and how we are keeping you safe. All sessions can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance, please utilise this as they can fill up fast and we'd hate for you to miss out on your ideal times.

You can find Mac's Results at Unit 3 & 4, Main Street, Fyvie AB53 8PB
(Behind the Co-op, parking is available across the road from the Co-op)
What you need to know before your first session
Before your first session, there are several forms to complete which will be sent to you via Team Up or can be found in the forms section of Team Up here - these must be completed before your arrival otherwise you won't be permitted to take part in the session.
Our coached sessions have space for 4 participants, some are busier than others but you should always be able to get a space in at least 2 sessions per week if you have the Silver+ or Gold+ membership, if you can’t please go on the wait list as this lets us know what demand is like for sessions and if someone cancels you’ll immediately get the spot! Bronze memberships can also buy extra sessions here. Memberships can also be upgraded or downgraded at any time, you'll find more information on memberships here.
When you come along for your first session please come along around 5-10 minutes early, so that we can show you around and get you set up.
Warm up
We do the same warm-up before every session so you might see people coming in and getting started straight away - that will be you in no time, as we'll take you through the warm-up and make sure you feel confident with it!
If you like to feel prepared - here’s a short 5 minute video that will talk you through the warm-up moves, so you know what to expect.
Please remember to let me know about any injuries/illnesses or barriers to exercise you might have before your first session. You can either do that by contacting me in advance or by letting me know at the start of your session, especially if it’s the first time you’ve been coached by me (Eilidh).
Cool Down
I have created a cool-down flow for you all to use. Please take some time to relax and unwind after your workout. Take inspiration and change it up to help your recovery.
Deload weeks
In SGPT you will follow the club program which is designed by Eilidh and runs in cycles. The length of the cycle depends on what we are working on. At the end of each cycle, we will have a deload week, this is where there will be a program that is lighter in load or is preparatory for the next program cycle.
All deload sessions are uncoached during deload week, which gives clients a chance to use the gym themselves and gain autonomy over their own training or take the opportunity to rest from training that week. I want you to have the space to learn and grow your knowledge with us as well as feel empowered in your fitness journey.

You can view the timetable on Team Up here to see when upcoming deload weeks have been scheduled.
Unstaffed Gym Sessions
If you are using the gym during an unsupervised session please note that you do so at your own risk, please do not attempt any movements or exercises that you do not feel comfortable with and do not attempt a max effort lift without supervision. Please don't engage in exercise if you feel unwell.
Children are not permitted in unsupervised gym sessions.
Please make sure you read all of the information below and have everything you need before you start your session.

Please watch these videos, they detail where everything is kept that you might need on an unstaffed session. Don’t wait until a potentially sticky situation to start looking out the emergency procedures, ensure you have them to hand and then you can access them should you need them. We have remote accessed CCTV of the gym for your safety. The fire extinguisher is located next to the door.

The key for the gym can be found in the key box next to the door, please ensure you lock the door and return the key to this key box once you are finished. The code will be provided once you have made a booking on Team Up.

Code of Conduct
Please familiarise yourself with the Code of Conduct which can be found on Team Up under your class.name . Any misuse of the gym, equipment or other facilities will result in access to unsupervised sessions being revoked.

Emergency Exit
Please ensure you know where our emergency exit is - it's easy - it's the same door you came in.

Fire
There are no planned fire alarm tests, if you hear the alarm please do not attempt to extinguish the fire, leave the building as quickly as possible, do not collect personal belongings. When you are are safely away from the fire please call 999 and alert the fire service. There is one fire extinguisher next to the door you enter the building from should you ever need them for your own safety.

First aid
If you injure yourself or feel unwell during your sessions you must stop exercising immediately. There is a first aid kit located on the shelving in the studio next to the front door, please help yourself to anything you need. You can use the mobile left on the white shelving to call anyone you need to help you. Please alert us as soon as you feel well as to the details of what happened and any kit you used from the first aid box, we will ask you to fill in an accident report, this is essential before we can allow you to access the gym again.

In case of emergency only
Should there be a building or personal emergency that does not require immediate police, fire or ambulance service please call 07954111389, explain that you are calling from Mac's Results Studio and what has happened. Please do not call this number for help with kit or using the gym. It is an emergency line only and abuse of it will result in a £100 fine.
As always, if you have any questions please let me know!
