Coaching for Olympic Weightlifting

Olympic weightlifting is an explosive, highly technical strength sport featuring two lifts - the snatch and the clean & jerk - designed to move a maximum-weight barbell from the floor to overhead. It is a premier test of speed, power, flexibility, and technique, that is practiced in competition as a single-movement lift (snatch) and a two-stage lift (clean & jerk).
At Mac's Results, I offer both in-person sessions and online coaching for Olympic Weightlifting to allow you to either learn how to do the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk, or to help you develop your skills and technique in both of the lifts.  
Olympic weightlifting is also a great addition to any sportsperson's S&C to help develop their speed and power for their sport.
